Whirlpool Water Inlet Valve Replacement

Washing machine water inlet valve. A long or slow fill cycle is often due to a restricted water valve. The valve should never be disassembled and cleaned, only replaced.

Dishwasher water inlet valve assembly. The water inlet valve supplies water to the dishwasher. If the water inlet valve is defective, the dishwasher may not fill or may underfill.

Refrigerator icemaker water inlet valve. If the icemaker is making small or hollow cubes then the water inlet valve may be restricted and require replacement.

Water inlet valve and thermistor assembly. The water inlet valve opens to allow water to enter the washing machine. If the water inlet valve is defective, the washer may fill slowly or not fill at all.

The fill hose dries out over time. If the hose is dried out, it may burst and cause severe flooding. We recommend installing a new fill hose while replacing the old water inlet valve.
